Reina Sakao known as Madame Matcha in Montreal will be offering a Matcha workshop at Miyamoto Japanese grocery store.

Reina is a fourth generation of tea house in Japan who was born in a tea family. In addition to importing a collection of tea to distribute to coffee shops, stores, restaurants and individual clients in Canada, she also offers Japanese tea ceremony as well as tea workshops.

During the workshop, you will learn about Matcha ( what is matcha, the production process, how to choose/prepare/conserve matcha daily).

4 types of Matcha as well as 2 types of snacks will be offered (Please contact us if you have any food restrictions)

It will be a great opportunity to learn both about Matcha and Japanese culture.
