(ah-the-gen-awss) - Rebirth; an incarnation or manifestation of a trait, talent, concept, spirit or divinity into human form.
This will be our third year running of Ategenos as the theme to mark our choice to transition from the winter into the spring *intentionally* -- to internalize the lessons inherent from the stillness of winter, and bring them into the action and excitement of spring, on purpose.
When having the call with the co-creators of this event, it became clear that this will be the final installment of Ategenos. (Making it a trilogy! *coooool*)
This event and it's intention is something near to my heart and has a special place in the memory of ecstatic dance and how medicinal it truly is.
If you attended last years, you know, the combination of sacred space setting followed by a warm cacao ceremony led by Becca Steinbach (of Inner Nature) was an absolute *chef's kiss* to establish the container for our experience

The further container support and artistic infusion offered by Georgie Andreas was such a huge part of what made this event so special. He will be setting the altar and live painting (not to mention, being integral to refining our intention when co-creating the theme)
Halsey Payne (AKA HP Tellem) will be leading a play/embodiment warm-up then DJing the Ecstatic Dance with an eclectic and playful mash-up of music from around the world.
