Come and play with me!What is a labyrinth? This sacred symbol has been seen around the world in ancient cultures and is used today for healing, meditation and even exercise.
Do you want to increase your tools for mindfulness & connection?
Do you feel stuck in the muck and drained?
Would you like to shift the way you view your world?
Learn how the labyrinth can be used for mindfulness, exercise, or connection. This interactive workshop will explore the history of labyrinths and share activities and resources on how to ‘walk’ and connect with labyrinths. You will gain tools and skills and how you can benefit from the use of labyrinths.
The afternoon will include readings from Jessica’s book, “Seeking Clarity in the Labyrinth: A Daughter’s Journey Through Alzheimer’s.”

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Best-selling author, speaker & educator, Jessica Goldmuntz Stokes is an entrepreneur. Jessica teaches and performs belly dance and practices Therapeutic Touch and Reiki. She is an avid labyrinth-walker, a Trained Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator, and a published author of Seeking Clarity in the Labyrinth, A Daughter's Journey Through Alzheimer's and is contributed to several anthologies including Planting the Seed, Lessons to Cultivate a Brighter Future (2023), Notes from Motherland, The Wild Adventure of Raising Humans(April 2024) and By the Light of The Moon (Summer 2024). Jessica writes about the complexity of living and the juxtapositions of emotions.
