At Ease: A Veteran Day of Rest and Recharge - BZP Bakersfield

Join us for an evening dedicated to restoration, reflection, and resilience. At Ease is a free wellness event designed to support veterans in downshifting and reconnecting with peace. Led by certified instructor Marasha Miller, participants will experience healing and pain-reduction exercises, guided breathing techniques, and a therapeutic sound bath—all designed to reduce stress and anxiety.

Light refreshments, complimentary earplugs (while supplies last), and take-home breathing technique guides will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
