In many areas, assailants prefer using bladed or pointed weapons. Additionally, there are places where carrying a firearm is not permitted, but you may be allowed to carry a knife for self-defense.Most knife fighting or knife defense classes resemble a choreographed dance more than practical training for real encounters. Such encounters are often ambushes, typically brief but always brutal. Your training needs to focus on the actual techniques employed by most attackers.
This is not a martial arts training course. It is a hybrid-style, reality-based system with techniques you can apply immediately.
