Astrophysics for Kids: Potential and Kinetic Energy

Students will explore examples of kinetic energy in everyday life, such as the cars of a roller coaster, the blades of a fan, or the bullets of a gun. They will conduct experiments and engage in activities designed to measure and compare the kinetic energy of different objects and situations.
Lecture, games and creative hands-on activities.
Cost: $20. per student
Ages: Students 7-11

All held at the Gore Nature Education Center in Golden Gate Estates.
