Please join the Mt. Diablo Astronomical Society for our February 24 general meeting featuring Dr. Thomas Madura, Associate Professor, San Jose State University, who will summarize the research and results of his team's STEM CEL project, including lessons, 3-D printed models, and key results. This research helps fill a previously nearly completeabsence of research studies on teaching astronomy to blind and visually impaired students. The meeting starts at 7:15 p.m. with a short “What’s Up?” by MDAS member Moon Trask, who will discuss Moonbow Madness. Our meetings are held in the Lindsay Wildlife Experience Community Room, 1931 First Avenue, Walnut Creek, CA 94597
