Pack your picnic, torch and astronomical excitement for an evening under the stars in Western Sydney Parklands.
Under the quiet and stillness of the evening sky, you will have an opportunity to:
View the night sky through a telescope
Watch the layers of the evening sky develop on an iPad
Explore projections taken from a telescope
Join us for a beautiful night of science, nature and exploration in collaboration with Macarthur Astronomical Society
BYO picnic blankets or seats (you may like to bring a torch with a red filter or red cellophane for better visibility at night)
Accessibility: please note that this program is accessible for less mobile visitors.

6:00-6:45PM - Arrival
6:45-7:15PM - Astronomy talk
7:15-9:00 PM - Stargazing
