Join us for cosmic discovery at the Museum of Natural History and Planetarium Astronomy Adventures Weekend, September 20 - 21! Explore the mysteries of our galaxy and beyond through exciting activities and planetarium shows.
Weekend Museum Astronomy Fun:
10am-4pm: Enjoy space-themed craft, challenge yourself with astronomy trivia, and complete a galactic museum quest.
Cost: Free with museum admission. Museum admission (does not include planetarium show ticket) is $2, and free for children age 3 and younger.
Astronomy Weekend Planetarium Shows:
2:00pm: Cosmic Origins Spectograph Fulldome Planetarium Show
Join us in the exploration of the hidden universe as we decode the secrets to the origins of the cosmos.
Cost: Planetarium show ticket (includes Museum admission) is $5/Museum Members Free
EVERYONE ATTENDING THE PLANETARIUM SHOW NEEDS A TICKET. Children must be age 4 and older to attend a planetarium show. Children age 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the show start time to check-in for the planetarium show. FOR SAFETY REASONS, TICKETHOLDERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ENTER THE PLANETARIUM ONCE THE SHOW HAS BEGUN. Planetarium show is 30 minutes. Planetarium show tickets must be purchased ONLINE. Choose carefully and then confirm your selection, as all selections/sales are final.
