Yoga teaches us that everything is connected. We have an inner light that is a reflection of the divine, and our yoga practices give us a way to remember that, breath by breath.
The cycles of breath, the earth, the moon, and the sky are all connected -- and astrology gives us tools to explore that connection and understand ourselves and the world a little deeper.
In this 2.5 hour afternoon workshop, Vera will guide an exploration through our body and our breath into the archetypes of astrology, and how we can use them to deepen our understanding of ourselves and our world.
