Join Elizabeth and Allie for a special 90min astrology, breathwork, and sound healing session. Roughly 15 minutes of astrology, 15 minutes of journaling and sharing, 45 minutes of breathwork, and 15 minutes of sound healing.Expect to walk away from the class calm and clear, rejuvenated and ready for the rest of the week.
We will have yoga mats, blankets, and pillows. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal/paper and something to write with. You can also bring an eye mask.
