• Healing Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the resonant vibrations of sound healing instruments played by Adrienne Smith (www.perfect5ths.com). Accompanying the entire experience, the healing vibrations facilitate deep relaxation and energetic alignment.

• Storytelling Guided Meditation and Visualization: Guided by a narrative meditation crafted by Willamarie Moore (www.soulmapsongs.com), to help productively harness and focus the transformative energies of this transit (Prior knowledge of astrology not necessary!)

• Journaling & Setting Intentions: Privately reflect on your meditation experience and bring forth your intentions for personal growth and transformation.

• Discussion and Q&A on the Astrological Energies: Gain deeper understanding of these transits, and learn how to consciously utilize this potentially highly auspicious set of energies.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the event to leave time to get settled in. Doors will lock promptly at starting time.

This is a residential neigborhood and there is plenty of street parking. Come through the double blue wooden doors on the left of the driveway, into a courtyard. The building entrance is straight ahead. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided. Bring anything else you need to be comfy.

Please bring a journal to jot down some of your dream-like recollections after the sound bath and meditation.
