Having won Instrumental Artist of the Year at the 2022 Western Canadian Music Awards, Astrocolor continues to captivate audiences with their dynamic live performances, and this special Halloween show promises to be no exception.
Celebrating their latest release, Moonlighting - AstroJazz Vol.1, the band takes you on an interplanetary journey, mixing hypnotic rhythms with experimental grooves. Executive produced and mixed by GRAMMY-winner Steve Christensen, best known for his work with Khruangbin, this album is a sonic adventure through deep space. With influences from electronic legends like Air, St. Germain, and Massive Attack, Moonlighting offers a meditative yet electrifying experience, layered with live drums, bass, guitar, saxophone, and upright piano.
