Join Catalina and me for a nurturing Saturday afternoon of self-exploration through astrology, meditation and yoga. During each monthly 3hrs workshop, we unveil the cosmic energies we incarnated into. Every workshop focuses on a deep physical, emotional and mental exploration of specific astrological symbols, and the implications they have in our lives. We guide you through a path of deep nourishment and connection.

These astroyoga workshop series combine brief astrological insights (based on your personalized birth chart crafted by Catalina) meditation and yogic practices that will nurture and help you lead a life of purpose.

Each workshop is independent and focuses on a particular astrological symbol.
