After such a fantastic evening at our recent Gagliardo tasting, we're delighted to be heading back to Bacco Wine Bar - this time to explore the wines of one of our favourite regions: Sicily.

Few wine regions are as captivating as Sicily. With nearly 4,000 years of winemaking history, an incredible wealth of indigenous grape varieties and an astonishing diversity of landscapes, it continues to produce some of Italy's most exciting wines.
I've been fortunate enough to visit Sicily several times and this tasting is an opportunity to share some of my favourite Sicilian wines with you.
During the evening we'll taste six carefully selected wines, exploring the island's indigenous grapes, varied terroirs and unique winemaking traditions.
Your ticket includes:
- A guided tasting of six Sicilian wines.
- A freshly made plate of pasta from Bacco's new pasta kitchen, featuring Sicilian-inspired specials created especially for the evening.
After the tasting you'll also be able to order your favourite wines by the glass to enjoy with your meal.
