Hello astronauts…After a fantastic summer of festivals we’re beyond excited to head back to StarLane Pizza Bar to relaunch the Astral Circus mothership with a truly inspirational lineup of electrifying local & international cosmonauts & explorers.
Marcello Baccheschi aka M-Theory aka DM-Theory needs no introduction. As one of the pioneers of the uplifting full-on psytrance sound, he also produced some of the most magical psychedelic gatherings back in the day, bringing many psytrance DJs & producers to London for the very first time. A true Gemini, his sound has evolved and progressed over the years while he’s played at the world’s biggest festivals & events, released on top labels and collaborated with the scene’s biggest stars. In short, we’re incredibly honoured to have this absolute legend join us for our next Astral Circus Saturday Session, where he’ll be playing an M-Theory full on psytrance set as well as treating us to a live set of his lush DM-Theory psychedelic techno.
Popping over the channel to make a rare appearance from France, Gaelic maestro N-kore first played for Astral Circus in October 2014 and we can’t wait to welcome him back to the mothership! Over the last decade Oli’s sound has developed into some of the most kick ass psytrance around and you’re going to want to make sure you get a good spot on the dancefloor to hear his latest productions up loud.
New cosmonauts Reptilian Overlords are the fresh psytech project from Mind Boggling Tunes head honcho Sam Strutt and his brother Jamie. Astral Circus marks their London debut and we’re super excited to check out their smoking new tracks.
At Astral Circus we’re serious about progressing our sound throughout the day so whoever closes must be able to not only hold their ground but propel us into the stratosphere. Enter dedicated astronaut Feral Ed, joining us fresh from banging sets at Existance and Magikana Festivals, who we know will guide the ship to its final destination.
No Astral Circus would be complete without our very own super star Nikki S and for this edition we’ve got double trouble as she’s playing back-to-back with the mighty Ebru Al. The only Psy-Sister signed to Green Tree records, Ebru is known for her impeccable tune selection, tight mixing and awesome vibes. Who knows what dimension this dynamic duo will shoot us into…
Finally, Astral Circus ressie Tara aka FlibbertiGibbet returns to warm up duty with rising Psylings star Frieda. They had such a good time playing on the top deck at June’s Psymera Boat Party they can’t wait to kick off proceedings and launch the ship on the awesome StarLane sound system. Make sure you get down early to help them commence ignition!
