We are beyond thrilled to welcome ANNA MORGAN as our headliner for ASTRAL ALCHEMY! A DJ Mag Breakthrough DJ of the Year and a true tastemaker in globally minded low-end frequencies, Anna Morgan blends sound system culture, club music, and bass-heavy rhythms into a uniquely high-energy experience.
Born in the Bronx with Jamaican and Okinawan roots, Anna is an LA-based DJ, producer, and promoter known for her boundary-pushing sets and deep connection to underground music. She is the co-founder of Footwork Jungle as well as the founder of Worst Behavior Recs, a label that was nominated by DJ Mag as Breakthrough Label of 2023 and recently honored as an Essential Label in a two-page spread by the publication.
Her international touring schedule has put her on some of the world’s most iconic stages, from Red Rocks with Of The Trees to Boiler Room at Bass Coast and legendary venues like Fabric (London), Oil Club (China), and YuYu (CDMX). In 2024, she’s been handpicked as direct support for Kelela, Ivy Lab, G Jones, Eprom, The Glitch Mob, and Ternion Sound, proving she’s at the forefront of the scene. She was recently recognized by UKF as an artist to watch and continues to push bass music forward with her productions featured on BBC1, NTS, and Rinse FM by tastemakers like Sherelle, Yaeji, Oneman, and Madam X.
Her impact on jungle and DnB culture has been commemorated by London’s EQ50 for Black History Month, recognizing her as an integral North American contributor to the sound. Whether through her explosive sets, her work curating Footwork Jungle, or her ever-expanding global influence, Anna Morgan is a force to be reckoned with.
