This development day is designed to support associates in working confidently and effectively within a modern dental practice environment.
It will take place at Align Technology Headquarters, 2800 The Crescent, Solihull Parkway, Birmingham Business Park, Solihull B37 7YL
Course will run from 9am until 5pm.
6 hours CPD accredited.
The session focuses on practical frameworks that improve clinician confidence, consultation structure, professional systems, and patient communication. The aim is to help clinicians and their nurses deliver excellent patient care while developing their own professional performance and career satisfaction.
The course is highly practical and discussion-based, using real scenarios and frameworks that clinicians can implement immediately in practice.

Course Format
This is an interactive development day combining teaching, discussion and practical examples from real clinical environments.

Dr Jas Gill is a practising clinician with over 30 years of experience in dentistry. He has worked extensively as an associate, practice owner and mentor, supporting clinicians in developing consultation skills, communication frameworks and practical systems for working effectively within modern dental practices. He has lectured internationally on clinical communication and aligner systems.
