Assistive Technology and Remote Supports

3 hour in-person workshop

As the saying goes, “We befriended technology and there’s no going back!” Assistive Technology plays a major role in many of our lives. This workshop visits the everyday technology that we may already have that can impact our lives for the better!e explore more about Participant Direction (self-direction) and offer resources, information, and some really great ideas!

In this workshop we will...

  • Take a look at technology as we use it currently: health and safety, communication;
  • Look at creative options for our current technology;
  • Discover resources, apps, and more!
