Experience the power of hands-on guidance by two experienced Lifted Yoga teachers, in this unique Co-lead VinYin-style yoga class designed to support your growth, alignment, and embodied awareness.
Each session blends the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the deep stillness of Yin, enhanced through mindful, supportive assists from your teachers. As one Lifted teacher guides the flow the other will be assisting and supporting.
Whether you’re looking to refine your postures, deepen your flexibility, or simply reconnect with your body in a more intuitive way — Assisted Yoga offers a space to learn through touch, align through awareness, and connect through trust.
Perfect for all levels — from new practitioners to seasoned yogis seeking deeper integration in their practice.
