The Assisted Stretching Association (ASA) one-day certification is a hands-on training for personal trainers, massage and wellness professionals, and fitness and recovery professionals who want to add assisted stretching as a service.

• A full hands-on training day with Chuck Choate (9 AM to 4 PM)
