Assisted Stretch Sessions

The benefits of stretching are widely known, let us help you stretch more and better. Each session is 60 minutes of a full sequence of stretches to work every major muscle group.

You will get one-on-one focus led by one of our team members. These sessions take place on a massage table wearing comfortable clothes and a pair of socks. Our team member will do 90% of the work so you can benefit from the stretch with muscle effort.

$50 for folks new to the studio *If you start a membership with us, stretch sessions may be included in your monthly recurring membership package.
