UPDATE: This year's PACB ALM Seminar will be held VIRTUALLY/ONLINE only. Our presenter, Dr. James Clark, is unable to travel due to a recent medical procedure. We are happy to inform you that Jim is doing well and is looking forward to sharing his knowledge and providing you with Best Practices in Asset / Liability Management - however, he has not been cleared to travel, therefore this year's ALM Seminar will be provided online only via Zoom.

This annual program will focus on the critical issues bank asset-liability committees (ALCO) are facing in the 4th quarter 2024, and what we anticipate for 2025.
During this seminar, we will review an interest rate forecast and assess the impact on our balance sheet decision-making in the 4th quarter 2024 into 2025.
Given the interest rate and economic forecasts, we will create an ALCO committee and consider decision making on both sides of the balance sheet based on all we know entering the 4th quarter of 2024.
Conference Speaker: Dr. James Clarke is the principal of Clarke Consulting, a Pennsylvania firm specializing in ALCO issues and strategic planning for community banks.
