Assessor-Recorder Community Meeting in D10

This meeting will provide esidents with an opportunity to learn more about the Office of the Assessor-Recorder’s role in relation to both the City budget and property taxation, as well as the State laws that guide the assessment process in California. We will also address questions regarding reassessment timelines following a change in ownership, assessment appeals, declines in value, informal reviews, Proposition 19, and related topics.
