Assessing, Diagnosing, and Understanding the DSM 5
The mental health professional is often tasked with diagnosing clients. However, few are well versed in using the DSM 5TR. It is important to give clients an accurate diagnosis which will determine the direction of the therapeutic process. This training will teach clinicians key symptoms of major diagnosis, how to do a comprehensive intake, use online tools to narrow the diagnosis, and recognize factors that may affect the diagnostic process.
