Info: In this second session, we focus on developing your assertiveness in communication, including valuing yourself, knowing when to say 'no' and using assertive a number communication techniques, including effective listening, questioning and the use of non-verbal communication skills.. You will also learn how to use a range of persuasion techniques to enhance your influencing skills and reputation in the organization.
