Following the success of our first community session, we’re bringing the conversation back.
The launch event showed just how much passion, insight, and care exists within our hospitality community. What was meant to be a simple discussion quickly became something more — honest conversations, shared experiences, and a clear appetite to help shape the future of BACKS! and the Bartenders Ball.
This second session is about going deeper.
We’ll build on what was shared last time, explore practical ways the community can be more involved, and continue shaping how BACKS! supports, celebrates, and grows the next generation of bartenders.
Whether you joined us before or are coming for the first time, this is an open invitation to be part of something led by the industry, for the industry.
