Assemble Laundry + Hygiene Bags for Students

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Kids + Family Volunteers will work together to assemble Laundry + Hygiene Products for students with Youth On Their Own. Additionally, Kids + Family Volunteers will write encouraging notes to these students.

WHY IS THIS WORK IMPORTANT:

This volunteer project benefits Youth On Their Own (YOTO).

Youth On Their Own supports the high school graduation + continued success of youth experiencing homelessness in Pima County. They work to eliminate barriers to education + empower housing insecure students to stay in school.

KIND NOTES:

• This is an indoor and in-person volunteer project.
• All supplies will be provided.
• A takeaway snack will be provided for the Kid Volunteers at the completion of the project.
• Once you register, you will received emails with additional details to help you prepare for the day!

WHY YOU'LL BE ASKED TO PAY A FAMILY REGISTRATION FEE:

With Tucson Family Volunteers (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization), all you have to do is register for a project, show up on the day of the project + volunteer. The Family Registration Fee goes towards the purchase of every single item needed for Family Volunteers to successfully complete a particular give-back project. Including takeaway snacks for the Kid Volunteers!
