Aspire Fertility FREE Meditation & Sound Bath

Join Aspire Fertility Austin as they host a free Meditation & Sound Bath for the community. This offering will be lead by our beloved teacher, Lizbeth Hellen. Participants will get a chance to chat with Dr. Deborah Ikhena-Abel after the class. 

What to expect:

3pm: Arrive & settle in

3:15-4pm: Meditation & Sound Bath

4-4:30pm: Open time for questions/conversations with Dr. Debo

She offers thoughtful, personalized support for everything from IVF and fertility preservation to PCOS and endometriosis.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with her husband and their two rainbow babies, reading literary fiction, and watching K-dramas. Dr. Ikhena-Abel is more than a physician—she’s a compassionate partner on your fertility journey.
