Free and open to all! The Alabama Symphony Orchestra conducted by Maestro Carlos Izcaray joins forces with The Aeolians of Oakwood University under the direction of Jeremy Jordan.
The students that comprise The Oakwood University Aeolians come from all disciplines and connect through the power of music, offering a musical experience that won’t be forgotten! In a poignant closing concert of the 2025 Momentum Symposium, the ASO and Aeolians partner beautifully in celebrating Black History with songs from Marvin Gaye's album "What's Going On" ranked #1 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Albums of all time!
