We will be discussing, what it is, what its isn't, how it can present, how to recognise burnout in your young person, and crucially, what we can so to support our young people, and ourselves, throughout the experience of burnout.
Carrie will be calling upon her own lived in experience, that other family members and sign posting to professional information sources, she has personally found helpful.
