The Ninjas are thrilled to be welcoming Tracey back to Ninja HQ with her hugely sucessful sessions.
Everyone on a Yoga mat will require a ticket.
Parent/Carers have to remain within Ninja HQ for the session (don't worry, the Ninja can sort you out with a cuppa!)
A lovely sensory environment to learn some yoga and breathing practices to try at home.
Please try and take along a bath sized towel to lie on for the session.
Yoga mats, bottles of water or squash and a small snack afterwards are included in the session
