ASL Interpretation at Intrepid Museum Kids Week
Join us for Kids Week, where children of all ages can explore the world of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) through a range of thrilling activities! Explore engaging NASA displays and exhibits, witness captivating live animal shows, participate in hands-on workshops, enjoy performances by special guests and experience interactive demonstrations designed to educate and ignite curiosity.
Families and individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing are invited to attend Intrepid Museum Kids Week for free on February 16, 19 and 22! American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be provided for demonstrations, workshops and performances throughout each day. Advance registration is required.

What if I am not deaf or hard of hearing?
Kids Week is open to all visitors with general admission tickets. You can learn more about public Kids Week programming and purchase tickets visiting the Kids Week page.

Can ASL students register?
Students learning American Sign Language are welcome to attend any of our ASL-interpreted Kids Week programming but are not eligible for this free admission.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
