An epic journey of language, desire, and dreaming, Another Kind of Silence is a bilingual and bicultural world premiere in English and American Sign Language that will inspire the heart with its wanderlust and wonder. Experience one of the most ambitious productions in City Theatre history.
Support for Another Kind of Silence has been received from the Venturous Theater Fund of the Tides Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Arthur J and Betty F. Diskin Cultural Endowment Fund.

Additional Note:
Any colleagues would be interested in tabling in our lounge as representatives of the ASL Coffee Chat and Pittsburgh Deaf Connection for City Connects Night on Thursday, September 25th at 6:30pm.
That night, we invite all of our community partners to table in our lounge to introduce themselves and their organization to our patrons. We'll provide a table, tablecloth, and chairs. You can bring any material you'd like to share. We ask that you arrive at 6:15pm to setup. There will be food and our bar will be open. We'll also have an interpreter there that night too.
In addition, we'll have representatives from the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf, Hearing and Deaf Services, and UPMC Audiology will be there with their Communication Van providing free screenings and hearing tests.
