🧐 Whether you’re the one with the questions (or just… asking for a friend…), we’re inviting you to an evening to listen and discuss what infidelity in relationships mean, how to communicate about infidelity and learn how to navigate future relationships after being cheated on.

• How can I support a friend who has been cheated on or finds out their partner has cheated on them?
• Is it good advice to suggest to someone to break up instead with their partner of cheating on their partner if they feel their needs are not met in the relationship?
• Is it true that once a cheater, always a cheater?

Theresa Pong, Founder and Counselling Director at The Relationship Room, brings over a decade of experience in couple and family therapy, with a specialisation in infidelity cases.
Throughout her career, Theresa has journeyed alongside many hurting individuals, couples, and families, empowering them to turn disappointments into hope, build positive connections with others, and live their lives to the fullest every day.
In her personal life, Theresa enjoys a happy marriage and parenthood with a school-going daughter, while also spending her free time travelling, reading, and jogging.

• 🤝 Our relationship counsellor with experience in supporting individuals and couples will discuss the different types of cheating and share their experiences, wisdom and practical advice on navigating infidelity in relationships and how to heal from those experiences. This panel seeks to bring light to the underlying causes of infidelity, the impacts of cheating on the parties involved and how we can be a pillar of support for those who were cheated on.
