You read that right — Charlotte has its very own Plant Doctor! Hi, I’m Veronica from Verde Tribe, and I’m hosting a fun, hands-on Fall Plant Care Workshop to help you keep your plant babies thriving this season.
Caring for plants has changed my life, and I want you to experience all the wellness benefits they bring to both your physical and mental health. Whether you’re brand-new to plants or have been growing for years, you’ll leave feeling confident with easy, doable tips you can start using right away.
I’m also proud to share that Verde Tribe is a program partner of the She Dreams In Color Foundation, which helps make mental health therapy more accessible for women in Charlotte.

What You’ll Learn (90-Minute Workshop)
This is more than a class — it’s a hands-on, interactive workshop where you’ll learn by watching, doing, and asking questions. Together we’ll cover:
- How to find the best spot for your plants
- Watering properly (without overthinking it)
- Live repotting demo (soil types & pot sizes)
- Plant food basics
- Pest prevention & simple treatments
- Bring a struggling plant (or photo) for a live diagnosis
- Q&A to get all your plant care questions answered

Their mission is to make mental health care more accessible while breaking the stigma around seeking support. To support their work, $5 from every ticket sold will be donated directly to the foundation.
