Our experts include:

• Bryson Davis of - Portland attorney specializing in business, nonprofit, and real estate law. With over a decade of experience, Bryson leads clients through matters involving business formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, private placement securities offerings, real estate transactions, contract negotiations, agency investigations, and regulatory compliance.
• - A one-person visual design studio making cool things that in one way or another, does some good for the planet we live on and the beings that call it home. Savina provides support to local business owners through establishing brand identity, website and packaging design, visual strategy, web development and so much more.
• Audrey Heesch of - A non-tax accountant, entrepreneur, and lifelong numbers enthusiast who specializes in making complex financial topics approachable for small business owners. With a background in Finance from Boise State and years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, she brings both technical expertise and heartfelt compassion to her work.
