About this Event
Curious about the stories, history, and culture that shape South Carolina?
Join SC Humanities for Ask Me Anything: Communities. Conversations. Culture. — a statewide tour bringing open, engaging conversations to communities across all seven congressional districts.
This stop in Greenville is part of a larger effort to introduce our new Executive Director, Jennifer “Bingo” Gunter, and—more importantly—to hear directly from you.
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation.
Whether you’re deeply connected to the humanities or just wondering what that even means, this event is designed for everyone. Come as you are, bring your perspective, and take part in a relaxed, welcoming space where ideas, stories, and questions are shared openly.
Together, we’ll explore:
- What SC Humanities is and what we do
- Why the humanities matter right now
- How we support and partner with local communities
- What’s next for humanities work across South Carolina
Bring your questions. Leave with new perspectives, real connections, and a stronger sense of community.
Join us at SC Governor’s School for Arts and Humanities and be part of something meaningful, engaging, and uniquely local.
