Ask a Nurse: Women's Health & Wellness

Join our partners, Northern Indiana MCH Network, Inc. for their new program called: Ask a Nurse: Women's Health & Wellness. They will hold this program the third Tuesday of the month from 2-4pm at the Elkhart County Family Resource Center. Our program focuses on empowering women with knowledge and resources to support their physical, mental, and reproductive health across all stages of life. We address key topics such as preventive care, nutrition, mental well-being, and health equity, while creating a safe space for education, discussion, and advocacy. The goal is to help women make informed decisions and access the care they need to thrive.
