Topic (7 PM): Join us for a special Songwriters Learning Session with Calgary entertainment lawyer and musician Wayne Logan. With decades of experience in intellectual property and music law, Wayne has guided countless artists and organizations—including the Canadian Country Music Association—through the business side of songwriting. In this 30-minute Q&A, Wayne will share practical advice on protecting your songs, understanding royalties, spotting contract red flags, and navigating the new realities of streaming and digital music.
