LivingWorks ASIST is a two-day, in-person training that includes engaging audiovisuals, discussions, and hands-on simulations. During this workshop, you will:

✅ Learn to recognize when someone may be thinking about suicide and how to provide a skilled intervention.
✅ Develop a collaborative safety plan to connect individuals with further support.
✅ Explore how personal and community attitudes toward suicide influence help-seeking behaviors.
✅ Increase your confidence, willingness, and ability to provide suicide first aid.
✅ Be guided by two experienced trainers in a safe and supportive learning environment.
