ASIS Richmond July Meeting: Fusion Center Tour

Join the ASIS Richmond Chapter for our July Meeting hosted at the Virginia State Police Fusion Center on July 15th at 3:30 PM EST. This session offers members and guests a rare opportunity to gain firsthand insight into one of Virginia’s most critical intelligence and emergency coordination hubs.
We will begin with a Fusion Center Overview, including how intelligence is gathered, analyzed, and shared across agencies to support public safety and threat mitigation. Following the overview, we will conduct Chapter business, covering updates, initiatives, and upcoming professional development opportunities.
The meeting will conclude with a guided tour of the Fusion Center and the Virginia Emergency Operations Center (EOC) a behind‑the‑scenes look at the technology, processes, and interagency collaboration that support statewide emergency response.
This is an excellent opportunity for security professionals, leaders, and emerging managers to deepen their understanding of Virginia’s threat‑monitoring infrastructure and strengthen connections within the ASIS community.
