Richard is a highly accomplished security and public safety leader with extensive experience in
risk management, emergency preparedness, and strategic planning. He has built a reputation
for developing personalized security programs that blend the needs of his clients with reality of
the risks they face.
Throughout his career, Richard has led large-scale security operations, overseeing
multi-million-dollar projects, workforce development programs, and data-driven security
strategies. He has managed security for critical infrastructure, public spaces, aviation
environments, and high-profile events. His experience includes coordinating emergency
response efforts, implementing advanced security solutions, and developing policies to mitigate
risk.
Richard has also played a key role in crisis management, including large-scale evacuations and
disaster response planning, including the Fort McMurray wildfires in 2016.
His expertise spans municipal security, aviation operations, and contract management in various
sectors.
Richard holds multiple professional certifications and credentials, including:

- Criminal Justice Policing Diploma – Lethbridge College
