Join us for 5 x awesome training runs in London with ASICS and run coach/PT Rey Smart to get you ready for the London Ten!About this Event
We will be hosting 5 weekly runs with run coach and PT Rey Smart to help you feel race ready for the London Ten event on Sunday 15th December 2024.
We will be starting to build you up to complete the 10K at a nice steady pace. Working on upping your KM each week so you can comfortably complete the event within an hour or even work with you to beat your personal best.
