Join us for a day filled with holistic health activities, demos and roundtable discussion on Asian health practices. Learn about holistic approaches to wellness and discover traditional practices such as acupunture, tai chi chuan, tai chi sword, qigong, kendo karate, & yoga. Immerse yourself in Asian culture through dance performances, cooking demonstration, and wisdom sharing.
