Learn how to cook different Asian cuisines with CultureALL ambassadors!This month, Sue from CultureALL will teach us how to make Pad Thai. Pad Thai is a popular Thai stir-fried noodle dish known for its balance of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavors. Typically, it features thin rice noodles, shrimp or chicken, tofu, bean sprouts, and scrambled eggs, all tossed in a tangy tamarind sauce. Garnished with crushed peanuts*, fresh lime wedges, and sometimes a sprinkle of chili flakes, Pad Thai offers a delightful combination of textures and tastes, making it a beloved choice in Thai cuisine.
*Due to allergies, we will not be cooking with peanuts today.
