Ashwyn Singh is an Indian-immigrant-turned-standup-comedian, and he's been delivering side-splitting comedy ever since the PR card came in the mail. Ashwyn has toured across India and Canada, opening for acclaimed acts such as Mark Normand, Bassem Youssef, Sammy Obeid and Zarna Garg.

Ashwyn's Desi Translations series has racked up over 25 million views, with his comedy earning him a spotlight on Canada's Got Talent, CBC's The Debaters, and the prestigious Halifax and Winnipeg Comedy Festivals.

Join us at Backroom Comedy Club for a funny and intimate evening of chaos as Ashwyn begins working on his new hour! Expect new jokes, translations, crowdwork, and some of Toronto's funniest dropping in. Doors open at 5:30pm and show starts sharp at 6pm. Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis, please arrive early to get preferred seating.
