We have 3 sessions, and need help running these sessions to include the before, during and after each session.
About this Event

We are holding our annual presentation at Ashton Gate stadium, to celebrate the achievements of all of our teams.

To do this, we need help from Parents, Gaurdians, Coaches etc.

The tasks we need help with each session include;

Option 1 - Help before each session (Programs / Entrance (Wristband Check) / Ushers / Raffle Sales)
Option 2 - Help during session (Kids On & Off Stage / Raffle Sales / Ushers)
Option 3 (ONLY SESSION 1 & 2) - Help turning room around after for next session
