We have 3 sessions, and need help running these sessions to include the before, during and after each session.About this Event
We are holding our annual presentation at Ashton Gate stadium, to celebrate the achievements of all of our teams.
To do this, we need help from Parents, Gaurdians, Coaches etc.
The tasks we need help with each session include;
- Help before & during each session - session 1, 2 & 3
- Entrance (Wristband Check)
- Kids On Off Stage
- Raffle
- Program Sales
- Toilet Patrol (DBS)
Room Turnaround After Session 1 & 2
Breakdown after final session - We always say ALL managers from final session and obviously any other volunteers too is a big help.
