Join Heather for a special class (and brunch) in honor of National Recovery Month, raising awareness and offering support for those recovering from drug or alcohol addiction.
In this class, we’ll explore the Greatest Hits of Ashtanga Yoga in a fun and accessible way. It's open to everyone (that can get up and down from the floor comfortably), but come ready to sweat! Breakfast will be provided afterward, generously donated by LadyBird Taco.
Suggested donation: $35, but give what you can.
100% of proceeds go to the Trini Foundation. Donations can be made when registering or at the event. If you'd like to donate, but can't attend, send us a message.
